For furnace fixtures and other furnace parts, the standard production time is 6-7 weeks. If you need the order urgently, we have a special team to handle the urgent orders.

A: We have no MOQ. 1 pc is acceptable.

Q: What casting process do you use?
A: We produce furnace fixtures and most furnace parts by lost wax casting. Radiant tubes and furnace rollers are made by centrifugal casting, machining and welding.

Q: What are the payment terms?
A: 30% deposit, 70% 10 days after shipment after copy of shipping documents.

Q: What Incoterms do you work with?
A: We work shipping terms with FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP, it depends on your requirement.

Q: What is your nearest seaport and airport?
A: We are near Shanghai port and Pudong airport.
